Can I upgrade my existing membership?
Yes! If you choose to upgrade your Monthly subscription to Unlimited, you will just pay a prorated amount on the day of the change and gain immediate access to all your new features!

Can I access classes from any computer or device?
Yes, absolutely! Photigy memberships allow you to log in and start learning anytime, anywhere, from any type of device. Our school is mobile-friendly.
No. Every video on Photigy is provided via variable rate streaming from our global content delivery network; you must have Internet access to watch our classes.
You can access your membership details by going to your My Account page and clicking on the “Subscriptions” menu option. If you choose to cancel your membership, you will still have access to your account until your membership expires.
Yes, of course! We have members from all over the world. All prices listed are in US dollars (USD), so please be aware of your country’s conversion rates before purchase or renewal.
